Journey to Mars

Case Study: Journey to Mars

Designing a Luxury End-to-End Mars Mission Experience for Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This is a speculative design project, envisioning a future-forward service for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) to book and experience a return journey to Mars. It blends near-future technologies, high-end service principles, and a cinematic digital UX to imagine what a commercially viable interplanetary travel service might look like. While grounded in real-world aerospace, medical, and luxury design principles, this concept is intentionally aspirational—crafted to push the boundaries of service design, user experience, and digital transformation for elite audiences.

End-to-End Service Experience

SERVICE VISION

A concierge-driven, medically-validated, psychologically-screened, and hyper-personalised digital journey where users seamlessly book, prepare for, travel to, and return from Mars with the highest safety, luxury, and privacy standards. The experience blends ultra-premium digital UX with human concierge support and immersive AI companions.
