14 days payment terms
It is crucial to ensure timely and convenient receipt of payments from clients and ensure our associates are paid. To facilitate this, we provide payments every two weeks instead of on a monthly basis.
Preferential selection
Having demonstrated impact on client projects, we value the contributions of our associates and aim to maintain a positive working relationship with them. As a result, associates are given the opportunity to be the first to accept follow-up projects at the conclusion of any engagement with Factotum.
