Design in the Era of Cognitive Computing

Pete Fossick recently had the privilege to speak at the Service Design Global Conference in Madrid. He spoke about we have evolved approaches to Service Design that shift our thinking and innovation activities away from products to ecosystems and outcomes.

He discussed the approaches, the strategy and practices we are using to design in the age of cognitive computing working with the world’s largest and most successful corporations. By applying service design methods and practices to help us deal with complex transformation challenges across large organisations we are able us to innovate at speed and scale with our clients.

Using an approach we call the Service Innovation Model we have developed a framework that allows use to identify 16 distinct value domain that we can drill into, to unlock value and help us radically collaborate across the organisation to deliver transformation within the disruptive paradigm of Web3.0 and smart AI services.
